double cream / heavy cream

vanilla extract or paste
Instructions
In a large metal bowl, pour in the cream, sugar and vanilla.
Whip until soft peaks form and serve with your favourite cake or dessert.
Notes
Use a Cold Bowl
- the cream will whip up faster
Dip a spoon in hot water
- to make quenelles from the cream
