Crispy Sage Croutons

Ingredients
  

  • 100g Bread (sourdough is best)
  • 1 spring sage
  • A gulg extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 170 degrees celcius
  • Mix everything together on a baking tray and bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and crispy
  • Serve with soup or with a salad, enjoy

Notes

- I love the crispy fragrant sage but use any fresh herb you like
