(sourdough is best)

extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees celcius
Mix everything together on a baking tray and bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and crispy
Serve with soup or with a salad, enjoy
Notes
- I love the crispy fragrant sage but use any fresh herb you like
