2mediumfresh bullet chilles(or any chilli of your choice)
1/2a bunchfresh parsley
1/2a bunchfresh coriander
Salt(to taste)
Ground black pepper(to taste)
1/3tspsugar
4tbsplemon juice
1cupmayonnaise
Instructions
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add in the chillies, make sure that they are dry and pireced
Fry the chillies on a low to medium flame, until brown on the outside and slightly soft then put them into a bowl and cover with cling film. After about 5 minutes peel off the outer skin off the chill and throw into the blender or food processor
Add the garlic, herbs and lemon and blend together
Combine this mixture into the mayo and add the spices, season to taste and enjoy
