Everything Sauce
I call this sauce everything sauce because it goes with everything, from chips to shawarma, cornflake chicken to fully loaded nachos, you name it. This sauce is full of flavour, made with grilled chillies, garlic and fresh herbs.

The base of the sauce is mayonnaise, which is why this so quick and easy to make. It can also easily be made vegan by using vegan mayo. I like grilling the chillies in a frying pan with a little oil or you could grill them over the open flame being careful of your hands, whatever method you choose please make sure to pierce and dry them properly.

I always prefer using a food processor but, you could use a blender or even hand chop everything if you’re in a pinch. Another thing I love about this recipe is how quick it is to make. I hope you enjoy it!
